Purpose

To ensure timely, cost-effective and correct procurement and distribution of vaccines, goods and services. Ensuring compliance with the legal requirements for the handling and distribution of medicines as well as for procurement and EU tendering in the Danish government.

Tasks

• Coordination, planning and implementing tenders.
• Purchasing of human and veterinary vaccines.
• Purchasing of goods and services.
• Advising and facilitating procurement and tender tasks for the Ministry of the Interior and Health.
• Advising and entering into contracts.
• Contributing to ensure the use of applicable agreements as well as compliance with the procurement guidelines and the Public Procurement Act.
• Handling, storage and distribution according to GDP regulations.
• Customer service, order reception and order handling.
• Warehousing, packaging and distribution of human and veterinary vaccines.
• Handling of the institute's shipments nationally and abroad.
