The Department of Employees, Job Satisfaction, and Development (MTU) works to fulfill SSI's ambition of being one of Denmark's most attractive workplaces, offering development opportunities and well-being for all employees.   • Development and implementation of policies and concepts
  • Secretariat services for collaboration committees, etc.
  • Facilitation of workshops and projects
