Individually notified diseases 2022

Individually notified diseases 2022

The annual report presents the number of individually notifiable diseases with onset in 2022. The figures may be adjusted due to late notifications and new information. For comparison, we give totals for 2021 and the annual average for the 5-year period 2017-2021, along with the lowest and highest number of annual cases during this period.

No cases were notified of haemorrhagic fever, plague, polio or rabies.

Significant changes in the number of notified cases in 2022 compared with 2021 will be discussed in detail in subsequent annual reports describing each individual disease.
