One Health Event at Statens Serum Institut

In celebration of the annual #OneHealthDay, the Secretariat for Infectious Disease Preparedness and One Health, Statens Serum Institut invites you to One Health Event on Friday November 1st, 2024.

One Health is an understanding that the health of humans, animals and environment are interconnected and interdependent. The majority of emerging infections are caused by pathogens that can be transmitted between animals and humans. Therefore, our current and upcoming global challenges require cross-border, interdisciplinary approaches, that can be challenging but a necessity to achieve.

For the 2024 One Health Event at SSI, we discuss timely European and international aspects of One Health.

The event will be held in English and is open to everyone with an interest in One Health.
