More than 80 peer reviewed papers within analytical chemistry, endocrinology, newborn screening and vitamin D research. Primary analysis technique is LC-MS/MS. Current research focus is metabolomics, vitamin D related health issues and development of novel newborn screening assays. Technical focus is on developing LC-MS analyses for biobank samples, primarily dried blood spots from newborn screening.
Section head for clinical mass spectrometry at Statens Serum Institut. Furthermore I am responsible for the IT and database solutions that support the newborn screening program. I also lead my research group which focuses on newborn metabolomics, vitamin D and newborn screening.
